To bind a control to a certain aircraft funtion, dobule click the correspoding row with the aircraft function and logitech column. The very left one will list the actual controls, then the keyboard and mouse, and then the logitech column. When you select one, there will be three columns.
Top left of controls menu is a drop down menu that allows you to select which aircraft you want to modify the controls for.
